BEHIND THE WHEEL BTW+ Coaching
The objective of the BTW+ Driver Coaching is to enhance awareness regarding the need to develop and deploy preventive driving strategies as a means of avoiding traffic crashes.
This training program is divided into a theoretical (classroom) stage, a hands-on (in-vehicle) stage (held on a track or public road) and an online stage, consisting of electronic training material aimed at maintaining ongoing awareness among participants. The online training modules are automatically forwarded to participants by email every 4 months throughout a 2-year period.
BTW OFF ROAD TRAINING
Classroom and in-vehicle training for drivers who operate 4WD vehicles. The training analyzes the risks presented by off road driving and presents recommendations aimed at avoiding crashes and incidents.
TREINAMENTO PARA CONDUTORES DE VEÍCULOS PESADOS BTW+
Programa de treinamento teórico e prático que desenvolve a percepção e gestão do próprio comportamento no trânsito e cria e aprimoram estratégias preventivas para a condução.
A etapa teórica consiste na análise do comportamento humano no trânsito para desenvolver a auto percepção e a autogestão comportamental durante a condução. A etapa prática utiliza exercícios e atividades elaborados com base na expertise do CEPA e nas informações do Fleet Data Manager.
DRIVER TRAINING FOR HEAVY VEHICLE BTW +
Classroom and in-vehicle training program that helps develop traffic risk perception and management by prompting and improving preventive driving strategies.
The theoretical stage helps participants develop self-perception and manage good driving behavior by taking a closer look at how humans behave in traffic. The in-vehicle stage uses driving exercises and activities developed by CEPA based on know-how and information gathered from our Fleet Data Manager database.
MOTORCYCLE DRIVER TRAINING
Classroom and on-vehicle training aimed at developing traffic risk perception and management. This training helps riders develop and improve preventive riding skills and strategies.
FORK-LIFT SAFETY TRAINING
Classroom and in-vehicle training program for people who already operate a powered industrial vehicle and know basic operational procedures.
ROAD SAFETY TRAINERS
Theoretical and practical training program taught to specific employees to enable them to train, evaluate and multiply the concepts of Safe Driving, Company Policies, procedures and operations.
MONITOR PROGRAMS
Program of theoretical and practical training for leaders on the importance of the role of the Monitor in the implementation and maintenance of the Road Safety Program in the Fleet and on their responsibilities within the Program.

TRAINING ON
THE JOB - TOJ
Classroom and in-vehicle training carried out one-on-one, where the employee is instructed during his or her routine driving task. The instructions and interventions take place in traffic to take advantage of the actual traffic environment as well as the driving behavior displayed, thus making the teaching-learning process more efficient.
CABIN EVALUATION
Practical activity performed individually, where the employee is evaluated when driving in his routine or in a pre-established course. During this process the Instructor / Appraiser identifies the levels of aptitude and attitude of this driver and determines (if necessary) the best strategy for the development of the driver.
HIGH-RISK DRIVER
TRAINING (HRD)
In this training a CEPA Driver Trainer rides along with the fleet driver designated as “high-risk” during his/her daily driving routine to assess and coach him/her on those aspects that led to the high-risk rating, thus helping him/her to become a safer driver.
FLEET SAFETY EVENTS
Interactive activities intended to foster Road Safety among employees using electronic tools and games such as simulators and impairment goggles, among others.
